Does Canola Oil Contribute to Dementia|Alzheimer's|Alzheimer's Disease?

Olive oil, unlike Canola, has actually been shown to help in decreasing levels of amyloid plaques in the brain. These plaques have been shown to be at increased levels in Alzheimer's patients.
